1. Personal Application: The First Step The path towards a possible Registration or even a Membership begins with a confidential enquiry. As a first step, we kindly ask you to provide some initial information about yourself, your current personal circumstances, and your expectations regarding a future partnership. This initial enquiry does not yet constitute a Registration or a Membership and does not create any obligation. No introductions or matchmaking activities take place at this stage. It simply allows us to develop an initial understanding of whether our approach may correspond with your expectations and personal aspirations. The principal stages of the process are as follows:

Following this exchange, the possibility exists to enter your details into our carefully maintained network through Registration. Once we identify a suitable opportunity for a personal Introduction, and a collaboration appears meaningful, we will contact you again. At this stage, you may decide whether you wish to enter into a binding, fee-based Membership. The actual Introduction Process begins only after the agreement has been signed by both parties. The status of Membership therefore requires that we are confident that, based on our network and our personal understanding of your situation, we can offer a realistic opportunity for a meaningful introduction. During the development phase of Swiss Noble Partners, the number of individuals registered within our network may exceed the number of members, as our network continues to grow and is built with care and discernment. However, discretion begins for us from the very first contact.
2. Personal Assessment: Every Individual Conversation Matters Swiss Noble Partners is not an open dating platform. We do not automatically accept every enquiry into our network. Each application is considered personally, thoughtfully, and with the highest level of discretion. Our purpose is not to judge a person according to external criteria. Rather, we seek to understand:

For us, the essential question is whether, based on your personality, your individual circumstances, and the composition of our network, we are currently able to facilitate a suitable and meaningful introduction.
6. Registration and Membership Regardless of whether you choose Registration (free of charge) or Membership (subject to a fee and formal contractual agreement), every potential connection is carefully considered with the utmost attention and discretion. Should no suitable Introduction arise within a reasonable period of time, you alone decide whether you wish to remain within our confidential database or whether your personal information and documents should be returned to you or securely destroyed in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
7. Ongoing Personal Consideration Without Time Limitation Should you choose a Registration or Membership without a defined time limit, the possibility of a future Introduction remains open at all times. Whenever we identify a connection that we consider to be suitable and meaningful, we will naturally contact you personally.
8. Our Long-Term Commitment Both Registration and Membership are without a defined time limitation and remain in effect unless you expressly decide to discontinue them. As long as no successful Introduction has been achieved and the agreement remains in place, we consider our responsibility to be ongoing. We regard it as our personal commitment to continue seeking a suitable connection with the same level of care and discretion, and to dedicate ourselves fully to fulfilling our responsibility as a personal introduction service until the objective of a successful introduction has been achieved.
9. Individual Partner Selection: The Search Begins Following your acceptance into our circle, the true work begins. We do not simply present you with a multitude of profiles and leave the search entirely in your hands. Instead, we consider potential connections on an individual and holistic basis, taking into account every meaningful aspect of a person — their complete personality and their entire character. You will receive only the information necessary to form an initial impression. Equally important: Both individuals decide freely. An introduction takes place only when both parties are genuinely open and willing to meet one another. There is no pressure, no obligation, and no expectation that every encounter must inevitably lead to a relationship. After all, affection cannot be forced. Love may sometimes arise immediately, often develops only after a longer period of interaction and shared experiences, and sometimes it may not develop at all.
